The Vineyard Churches UK National Leaders Conference is a yearly conference for the Vineyard Churches Network.

The Brief

Build a site that allows delegates to book places at the conference online, with options for choosing what type of room they would like, as well as checking in any children.

The Solution

This site not only gives information about the conference, but allows delegates to book their place by using the e-commerce online payment system, powered through PayPal. The site also includes a novel Lift Share section, plotting on a map people who would like a lift, so that others driving can change their route if necessary to pick up other delegates.
The delegate booking system integrates with a bespoke Conference Booking System that was developed for Vineyard Churches UK.
